It's hard to believe that it was built 98 years ago, and it's a very clean and safe apartment, with a spacious 9DK, a stylish rooftop view from the window, and a 34-minute walk from the station. I'm surprised that this costs 53,000 yen a month. There was nothing to say about the condition, so I was thinking of making a decision immediately, but I was concerned about how cheap it was, so I didn't want to buy it.
